OSArmor can protect your system against virus or malware attacks by monitoring your running processes and blocking any suspicious activity. The principle is simple, but the benefits definitely make this tool worth having. It is capable of identifying early signs of attacks and it can block malicious programs before they have a chance to do anything on your system.

OSArmor works on all modern Windows platforms and you can have it up and running in no time. Its setup file is small and the installation process doesn't involve any complicated settings. What's more, the software won't interfere with any security solutions you may have running on your computer.

Running OSArmor on your computer is all you have to do. It will work quietly in the background and it will put an end to any suspicious activities automatically, before your system comes under attack. There are no configurations you have to make, no on/off switches, updates or anything. You just run the application and it will protect your computer, without requiring any further user input.

Viruses, malware and other threats have various ways of finding their way to your system, but most of them are fortunately well known. The software looks out for these tell-tale signs and acts promptly, to prevent any infection from spreading to your operating system. For example, it can prevent MS Word from running cmd.exe or applications from running when you plug in a USB device, block processes with double file extensions and so on.

Blocked processes are mentioned on the application's compact user interface, along with the corresponding date and time. You can also find an option for accessing a log folder, where the software saves information about each process it blocks.

OSArmor knows what to look out for because it follows a large number of rules. You can view these rules on a separate window, on which you can activate and deactivate them with a single click, so you can avoid blocking something that shouldn't be blocked.

OSArmor adds a smart layer of security to your system, to prevent any incoming threats before they have a chance to do anything to your system.

Pros

The software can monitor your system for tell-tale signs of virus or malware attacks. It runs quietly in the background and it doesn't require any kind of configurations.

Cons

There are no obvious drawbacks to mention.
